Walk into the Spokesman and head to the back, enter the employee’s only entrance and step into a yoga experience unlike any other you’ve ever been to. This is not your Mama’s yoga. Expect influences from sources including but not limited to; yoga asana, contemporary fitness, dance, comedy, science, meditation, general buffoonery, and other organic ingredients. Classes are an experience of captivating moments, liberation of the soul, challenges of the mind and body, and sweat, almost always, sweat. These moments are just like life, you’ll laugh, you’ll fall, you may even tear a little, but you’ll get right back up and enjoy every minute. Did I mention this can come with a drink? Coffee, tea, beer, wine.

Variable donation, $5 gets you just the class, $10 gets you in and a beer/coffee, $15 and up with whatever your heart desires. Let’s makes shapes and laugh about it!
